H.E Shaikha Mai His Excellency the Egyptian Ambassador, Cultural relations between both countries discussed
H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammad Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities (BACA), received 20 June 2022, His Excellency the ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Yasser Shaban. Both parties discussed ways and means of bolstering bilateral ties, stressing the need to booster cultural relations between the two brotherly countries in order to solid culture relations.
At the beginning of the meeting, H.E Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammad Al-Khalifa, BACA President, commended the solid brotherly relations and cultural cooperation between the two countries, arguing that that Bahrain seeks enriching its cultural activities by communicating with other cultures of Arab countries, chiefly Egypt for its gorgeous culture and civilization. H.E also praised the constant presence of Egyptian cultural activities in the cultural Bahraini scene, thanking the Egyptian ambassador for his continuous constructive efforts to promote and further develop the friendly cultural relations between both peoples and countries.
The Egyptian Ambassador, for his part, hailed the strong and growing fraternal relations and cooperation between both countries. In addition, His Excellency praised BACA President's efforts in safeguarding and preserving the cultural and historical heritage in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Egyptian ambassador thanked H.E Shaikha Mai for her keenness to further enhance and solidify the cultural relations between both countries, which reflects her strong determination to provide a supporting environment for a fervent active cultural scene in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in partnership with other Arab brotherly countries.
