H.E Shaikha Mai Receives Edamah’s CEO, Cooperation for cultural development action discussed
H.E Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities, received on 22 June 2022, a delegation from the Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), headed by Mr. Amin Al-Arrayed, CEO of the company.
H.E also lauded the cooperation with Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), yielding many fruitful heritage safeguarding projects throughout Bahrain. The meeting also discussed cooperation and coordination between the two side and the common efforts to preserve and incorporate traditional cultural elements into development projects, notably in the city of Muharraq and Manama. The need to enhance and develop a strong and quality-based cultural tourism infrastructure that would generate qualitative investment in historical cities’ assets, given their heritage and civilizations and cultural and economic outcomes were also highlighted during the meeting.
Mr. Amin Al Arrayed, for his part, praised H.E Shaikha Mai for BACA’s constant efforts to implement cultural infrastructure projects, and reiterated Edamah’s constant readiness to cooperate with BACA with regard to increasing future projects to achieve exceptional real palpable cultural and economic outcomes.
