The 16th Edition of Spring of Culture Festival Presents, Aga Khan Music Program Workshops at the Cultural Hall
As part of the 16th edition of the Spring of Culture Festival, the Cultural Hall is planning is to organize a unique creative Aga Khan Music Program Workshops, on 15 March 2022. The program of workshop will run until 18 March from 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm. Bahrain school students will take part in these workshops on 15 & 16 March, while lovers of music are invited to register and attend on 17 & 18 March via Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities via its official website www.culture.gov.bh
Indeed, a brilliant group of musicians from the Aga Khan Music Program come together to present creative music workshops for the first time in the Kingdom of Bahrain, targeting school students and local musicians. The workshops focuses on unpacking the creative process at the heart of the Aga Khan Master Musicians at the juncture of traditional and contemporary music, along with a “jam session” for different musical instruments, in addition to advanced lessons in improvisation and cross-cultural composition. These workshops will be open for the public to attend and witness this creative process.
The Spring of Culture Festival will run until the end of this month.
