The 16th Edition of Spring of Culture Festival, Excels with Pianotainment band concert at the Cultural Hall
The Cultural Hall hosted a very fully appreciated loving concert, the critically acclaimed, and one-of a-kind German concert Pianotainment performance in Bahrain, on 9 March 2022. The music event is part of the 16th edition of the Spring of Culture Festival 2022, and was held in collaboration with the Embassy of Germany in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The mesmerizing evening of piano music was attended by H.E Shaikha Hala bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, Director General of Culture and Arts at the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, and the German Ambassador, H.E. Kai Thamo Boeckmann, as well as many diplomats and a large audience of festival lovers.
During this all family-members convenient tastes concert, Starring concert pianists Stephan Weh and Marcel Dorn, Pianotainment is a spectacular fourhanded piano show that has dazzled the world for over 20 years. It is a fascinating concert perfect for young children and the elderly alike – there is truly no other show like it in the world. This award-winning “crossover” program is the perfect symbiosis between piano comedy and amazing virtuosity. Unique, wacky and endlessly entertaining, this performance proved to be a major success.

A number of embassies in Bahrain are taking part in the festival's program, namely Italy, Pakistan, Germany, Egypt and the Spanish embassy in Kuwait. Also participating in the festival's activities are the Enki Performing Arts Center, Entertainment Live, the Aga Khan Music Program and the Shaikha Hessa Girls’ School.
