The Cultural Hall hosted, on 7 October 2022, the closing ceremony of the colorful music concerts and events of the 31st Bahrain International Music Festival on Friday evening, October 7, 2022, with a concert by the Palestinian artist Noel Kharman, in the presence of a large audience, and the presence of a number of diplomatic and cultural figures. During her concert, which is the first in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the artist Noel presented a number of songs that mixed Arabic and Western melodies and music in an artistic attempt to connect these two worlds.

Indeed, the 31st Bahrain International Music Festival started earlier this month at the Bahrain National Theater with the Bahrain Philharmonic Orchestra’s concert led by Maestro Dr. Mubarak Najem. During the ceremony, the orchestra presented creations of Bahraini and Arabic melodies, composed by the orchestra of musician Mubarak Najem, in artistic forms that combined international classical music with the charm and luster of Arabic music and melodies.

The Cultural Hall, as part of 31st Bahrain International Music Festival, hosted on 2 October, 2022, an amazing evening of music celebrating the authentic Moroccan heritage performed by the Rabat Troupe for Instrumental Music presented by the Rabat Choir Ensemble for Musical Instruments, in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication in the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco. In addition, the Cultural Hall also hosted “A Tribute to the Late Mohammed Zowayed by the Bahrain Music Band Conducted by Maestro Zeyad Zaiman.

In addition, and in cooperation with the Japanese Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Taiko Wagaku Miyabi Band participated in a dazzling show of traditional Japanese drums, and this show came to celebrate the golden jubilee of diplomatic relations between the two friendly countries. In Dar Al Muharraq, the Ismail Dawas Troupe presented an evening of folklore, which drew the most beautiful authentic Bahraini melodies associated with the Bahraini cultural memory and the ancient pearling profession, which formed an important part of the history of the city of Muharraq and the Kingdom.

As part of this year's edition, Cafe Lilo presented a special menu in all its branches in cooperation with the 31st Bahrain International Music Festival. The menu reflected the cultural diversity and musical genres that the audience witnessed during the activities of this most prominent musical event in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
