Founded by Maestro Dr. Mubrak Najem, The Bahrain Philharmonic Orchestra Launches the Bahrain International Music Festival at the National Theatre
People in Bahrain are willing and eager to attend the opening ceremony of the Bahrain International Music Festival, which will be on Saturday evening, 1st of October, at the Bahrain National Theater. The Bahrain Philharmonic Orchestra recently founded by maestro Dr. Mubarak Najem, will certainly be the biggest surprise of this inaugural opening music festival, taking the audience in a magic melodic journey into the masterpieces of music, starting, thus, Bahrain’s Philharmonic Orchestra world trip to promote the historical civilizational bright image of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
As the countdown has begun for the much-waited concert, conductor and Maestro Mubarak Najem, and all the orchestra members are set to intensify rehearsals, in preparation for this important cultural event. Participation in all scheduled rehearsals and other performing events as listed in the Orchestra agenda are meant to highlight its central role as an important musical landmark in the cultural scene in the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad. With a sensational cast and stunning live orchestra music, the audience will certainly not be disappointed to enjoy a diverse musical program, featuring greatest masterpieces by famous international classical music and the magic of Bahraini and Gulf melodies composed for the orchestra by Mubarak Najem, noting that tickets for the concert are almost sold out.
