The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities is participating in the 32nd edition of the Abu Dhabi Book Fair. The event is held under the patronage of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. The Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, is hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi, and organized by the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre and will continue until May 28, 2023.
The Bahrain Culture Authority will display in this exhibition a number of its latest publications from the "Joint Publication" project of Bahraini authors and writers, in addition to the publications of "Transfer of Knowledge" project latest publications. Moreover, various issues of the “Al Bahrain Al-Thaqafiyah” Bahrain Cultural Magazine and other publications shedding light on many topics such as heritage, literature, history, art, antiquities, and others will be showcased.
Indeed, Bahraini distinguished writers, academics, novelists and media professionals have been invited the United Arab Emirates to enrich the cultural program accompanying the exhibition.
Worth to mention that the 32nd edition of ADIBF will be the largest in the fair’s history featuring more than 2,000 cultural, literary, educational and artistic events. It will also host more than 1,300 participants from more than 85 countries, providing visitors access to more than 500,000 book titles.
