A total of $15,000 in prize money will be distributed by the jury to the selected winner.

The jury reserves the right to identify honourable mentions. The honourable mentions can be eligible for a cash prize upon decision from the jury.

Opportunities will be sought to profile all winning submissions and honourable mentions at the celebration event at the close of the competition.

In addition to the formal jury, all entries will be presented in an exhibition at Bab Al Bahrain and for a public voting period to select a People’s Choice Award winner. These winners will not be eligible for a cash prize.

 All entries will be presented in an exhibition in a custom-built pavilion located at the entrance of Bab Al Bahrain on the occasion of Manama:  Capital of Culture of the Arab World 2012 from the 15th of February to the 30th of March.

Selected submissions will also be featured in a publication on the competition.
